All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak promotional periods or holidays, please allow for additional processing time due to high order volume. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your items.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days.
Note: Shipping estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays caused by weather, customs, or courier service interruptions may occur.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses across India. If you have questions about specific regional delivery, please reach out to our customer support team prior to placing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update after your order has been marked as shipped.
5. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors or your local delivery office first. If you still cannot locate your shipment, contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
6. Shipping Restrictions
