Return and Refund Policy

At Paras Growth Hub Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.


1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Personal care or hygiene items (such as socks or intimate apparel) once the packaging is opened.

  • Items on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at our official email or via the contact form on our website. Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days depending on your bank).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., a different size), please reach out to our customer service team.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or was the wrong product, Paras Growth Hub Shop will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (size preference, style change, etc.), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
